Vata Breakfast: Spicy Banana
If you are pressure-prone, heavy, oily, and swollen foods will stifle mindfulness and fatigue. The spicy banana spice helps digestion and prevents gas. Why banana? Bananas are a powerful source of food. It acts as a light and natural laxative, with soil and water elements balancing Vata’s air and ether. Since the banana is oily and bloated, it also provides good digestion. This is important because the types of data are susceptible to skewness.
This recipe is fast and easy to prepare. To save time, mix the spices beforehand and keep in the storage cabinet. It is great for three sweet, sour and salty flavors of Vata dosha. Sweet potatoes, figs or mangoes can be replaced with banana (or you can add them).
1 large or 2 small ripe bananas
1/2 tea spoon ground cumin
1/4 tea spoon rock salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tea spoon coriander, chopped
Peel the bark of the banana and slice it one by one.
Sprinkle the cumin, salt and lemon juice on the banana.
Mix well. Decorate with chopped coriander.
